Tattoo Removal
Tattoo Removal
Tattoo removal is frequently one of the main concerns for people before they get their first tattoo The real solution to tattoo removal is to not get a tattoo in the first place if you are not comfortable with it being there the rest of your life. Tattoos are meant to be permanent which is why you constantly hear about tattoo removal not being able to completely remove all signs of the tattoo. However, even though people are frequently given warnings about tattoos and how permanent they really are nearly half of people that do get tattoos wish to have them removed at some point in their lives. Many begin to ponder the question how do i get rid of this tattoo now that i am sick of it.
There are a number of variables that play into the success or failure of removing a tattoo. It is actually harder to remove a tattoo the newer it is contrary to popular belief that the older the tattoo the more permanent it is. The color used in the tattoo is another big issue for success, as well as the person’s ability to heal after having the tattoo removal procedure is done. There were many archaic methods used by surgeons many years ago that have now been almost completely abandoned. One method was to sand down the area of the skin where the tattoo was. One other method was to literally cut out the skin where the tattoo was. These methods were both archaic and changed once dermatologists realized that they could use lasers to remove tattoos in a safer manner.
Laser tattoo removal is the new standard when it comes to getting rid of that once colorful image on your shoulder or back. Many people as they move forward in their professional careers realize that they might actually miss opportunities because of the way they are judged when others see that they have a tattoo. Lasers work by sending small bursts of light into the tattoo so that the pigments and colors of the tattoo breakdown and are absorbed by the body and removed by a persons immune system. Laser tattoo removal is an efficient and effective method of removing the tattoo without removing any pigment from the skin. As well as not scarring or harming any of the skin cells.
The question people always ask when getting their first tattoo is does it hurt? Well unfortunately not only does it hurt to get tattoos it also hurts to have tattoos removed. It is typically described as feeling like small bits of oil that splash out of a pan against your skin. It is not a pleasant procedure but one that cannot be avoided if someone really wants a tattoo removed. The real solution is to really think about a tattoo and what it means to you before getting it. This way you can look at it everyday and appreciate it because your tattoo means something to you and you never want to have it removed.

my best and only suggestion would be to run a search on google for tattoo removal then type in the city and state that you live in and hope there is one near you. You might also look for dermatologists in the area who could direct you to a place.

i am currently having a tattoo removed by laser, yes once it is removed you can get a new one where the old one was and you dont need to have it removed 100% to do that but to have it removed a 100% is costly approx $300 a session and you will require about 8 sessions but if your tattoo is older and faded first go to a tattooist he may be able to cover it anyway my hubby had one that was 15 years old and the tattooist went over it and it looks like the other never existed,i dont know where you are but you need a laser clinic with a special machine and if in vic there is a place in boxhill or kew the only 2 places that i know exist in victoria at the moment,it takes only 5 minutes every 6 weeks or so and approx 8 to 12 for harder colours like green to remove black and blue are easier but still require approx 10 visits,so x that $300 by 12 visits and your up for $3600 and a lot of pain, lasering is comfortable,no actually it hurts like all f$%ck and then for several hours after and a couple of days of unsightly blistering and mild pain, and you look diesesed but it looks like you never had anything done at first after 4 days i know pain of tattoos i have half arm and lower back done but this takes the cake it feels like sitting in a tattooist chair for 4 hours so remember that!

thought i would add the one i am having removed is quite a large area, about the size of a clenched fist, and i have had 5 sessions and it was black, black black, and it is okay to have it covered now but,it is streched along my arm he has to do a full sleeve costing around $1200 better than another $1500 of lasering this way the 5 sessions lightened it and now i gwet it covered cause i love tattoo, apparently the quicker you get in there the faster it will fade i had the tattoo done and started laser therapy 24 hours later, but old tattoos say 20 years plus will remove quicker as older inks are easier to brake down, however it depends on your body and how it heals if yoyu are dark skinned keep in mine you can have permanent whiteening of the skin but that is minimal if you are tanned it will happen too but you will regain your skin colour after a couple of summers,It may take upto 10 months foe the procedue to be finished
